Breathwork

The breath I work with is a three-part breath that is all through the mouth. Sessions range from 60-90 minutes with the majority of the time being active breathing. This breath is activating & transformational. I like to think of it as a breath of re-birth because of how powerful it is. The Breathwork is paired with curated music as I guide the breath and hold the sacred space.

Sound healing

Sound Healing invites you into a deeper state of relaxation & deep meditation. With the use of Crystal Sound Bowls, Chimes, and Rain Drum, you are guided on a journey. These instruments have been shown to release anxiety & stress, calm the nervous system, and leave you feeling deeply rested. The sound healing is beautiful for after a Breathwork session.

Rates:

Each session is curated with intention setting, aligning energy, grounding meditation and integration afterwards.

These rates include use of: eye mask, mat, blanket, essential oils during session, palo santo, sage, and playlist

Private Breathwork Session 60min: $125

Private Breathwork & Sound Healing Session 90min: $160

Group Breathwork Session 60min: $250

Group Breathwork & Sound Healing Session 90min: $350-$550 *dependent on size of group
